Whether you're a Pauper veteran or building your first budget deck, all are welcome.
How Points Work
Every week you play, you're earning points toward your season total and it's your total across all 9 weeks that decides who makes the top 8. The winner of each week wins a play booster from a standard set!
- Win a match: 3 points
- Draw: 1 point
- Loss: 0 points
- Show up and play a round: +1 point, just for being there
At the end of week 9, the 8 players with the highest total points go through to the playoffs
Prizes are awarded as playsets. The season winner picks their playset first, then we work down the Top 8 in finishing order, each player choosing from what's left.
Every one of the Top 8 walks away with a playset, so the earlier you finish, the more of the pool you have to choose from.

- Friars Walk car park, NP20 1EA – about 450m, 6 min walk. Follow signs through John Frost Square and the Kingsway Centre to Commercial Street.

- Newport railway station, NP20 4AX – about 500m, 6 min walk. Leave via Queensway, cross onto Bridge Street, then cross Westgate Square onto Commercial Street.
- Newport bus station, Friars Walk, NP20 1EA – about 450m, 6 min walk. Head through John Frost Square and the Kingsway Centre to Commercial Street.
